BaRRe Dance is a dance-based workout that is inspired by BaRRe method, dance aerobics, and dance therapy. In this class we allow our bodies to move and flow, focusing on our body feeling and the liberation we get from dancing.
The movements are repeated as an exercise which allows the time for us to get comfortable, add on movements seamlessly within each rep, and make it our own by adding our own personality.
BaRRe Dance is a form of release and of self-expression, and at its core, is a full body workout designed to increase energy levels, muscle strength and flexibility, and build self-confidence while tapping into that inner power we all possess
